“Miracle Mineral” Slashes Migraines

A new study published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition illuminates the supplement’s potential benefits for migraine sufferers.

Participants in the double-blind, randomized clinical trial who took selenium supplements (200 micrograms daily) experienced a significant reduction in oxidative stress, a major culprit in the development of migraines.

This led to improvements in clinical and physiological symptoms.

The volunteers reported a noticeable decrease in pain, frequency, and duration of their migraines.
