“Miracle Mineral” Slashes Migraines

If you’re one of the millions who suffer from debilitating migraines, you know just how frustrating and life-altering they are.

But new research reveals there might be an easy, natural solution to your problem right around the corner.

If you’ve tried “everything” to ease your headaches before, but none of it was effective, you won’t want to miss the details on this surprisingly simple (natural!) solution.

Scientists say the “miracle mineral” selenium could help if you battle migraines.

A new study published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition illuminates the supplement’s potential benefits for migraine sufferers.

Participants in the double-blind, randomized clinical trial who took selenium supplements (200 micrograms daily) experienced a significant reduction in oxidative stress, a major culprit in the development of migraines.

This led to improvements in clinical and physiological symptoms.

The volunteers reported a noticeable decrease in pain, frequency, and duration of their migraines.

But remember, as with most nutrients, you can overdo selenium. So, discuss with your doctor what dosage is right for you.

Selenium isn’t the only drug-free treatment for migraine pain. Some other solutions to consider:

  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): Studies suggest that high doses of riboflavin may reduce the frequency and severity of migraines.
  • Magnesium: Magnesium deficiency is linked to migraines, and supplementation may help prevent future attacks.
  • Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10): This potent antioxidant can reduce the frequency and duration of migraines.
  • Feverfew: This herb has been traditionally used to treat migraines and may help reduce their frequency.
  • Butterbur: Extracts from this herb can reduce the frequency and severity of migraines.
  • Acupuncture: This traditional Chinese medicine technique may help reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines.
  • Yoga and meditation: These practices help reduce stress and promote relaxation, potentially decreasing the frequency and severity of headaches.
  • Essential oils: When applied topically or inhaled, peppermint and lavender essential oils may help alleviate migraine symptoms.

Not every method works for every headache sufferer. But one or more of these drug-free solutions could be the key to tackling your OWN migraines. Go ahead and give them a try.

P.S. Slash headache frequency with the “Ocean Secret” that STOPS up to 40% of migraines.
