Miracle Vitamin Duo Curbs Fibromyalgia Pain

Dear Reader,

Life with fibromyalgia is often miserable.

And chances are, your mainstream doc will either tell you it’s all in your head, or offer you drugs that are (at best) worthless and (at worst) are harmful to your health.

But before you go popping some dangerous pills, there’s a miracle vitamin duo that can send your fibromyalgia symptoms packing.

Fibromyalgia is a generalized pain syndrome that can destroy your life.

And along with the agonizing pain comes fatigue, depression, digestive problems, and a whole set of other symptoms unique to the sufferer. (If you find yourself regularly struggling with constant exhaustion because of your fibromyalgia, go here to read about how you could banish your fatigue instantly.)

For years, medical doctors claimed that fibromyalgia was psychosomatic (all in your head) and, if you ask me, that’s a bit crazy because it affects around 2 to 8 percent of our population.

The studies that have been performed show that those suffering from fibromyalgia have increased pain processing (they experience more pain) led by the central nervous system (brain), as well as low grade systemic inflammation, increased oxidative damage, and insufficient antioxidant capacity.

(It’s also common to see digestive complaints, like frequent diarrhea).

Given all of these miserable symptoms, it makes sense that depression and anxiety usually come along with the condition.

Well, a new study, published in the journal Nutrients, investigated natural medicine approaches to see what was effective.

They looked at Vitamin C, Vitamin E, probiotics, magnesium, and vitamin D.

The winners?

There was some of evidence for vitamin C, Vitamin E, and probiotics, but not enough studies have been done on any one of these therapies.

The use of magnesium and Vitamin D seemed to work best. If you struggle with fibromyalgia, you should add them to our health routine immediately.

Vitamin D is easy enough to find, but I suggest a specific type of magnesium called magnesium malate for people with this condition.

Because those with fibromyalgia are under oxidative stress, Vitamin C and Vitamin E are still a great idea and because digestive complaints are common and reducing overall inflammation is important. I would still also recommend probiotics.

The road out of pain and suffering is long, but in front of you there is an achievable pain-free future as long as you keep supporting your health.

P.S. No matter how many cups of coffee you drink, nothing takes the edge off the tiredness and sheer exhaustion you feel. That can be life with fibromyalgia. And on top of all the pain – who needs to be fighting the constant drowsiness? The good news is, there’s an easy way to instantly banish your fatigue. Click here to get all the details, and stop fibromyalgia from hitting the snooze bar.
