Mysterious Disease STEALING Calcium from Your Bones?

Dear Reader,

It’s pretty common knowledge: calcium is important for your You probably heard that calcium is important for your bones.

But calcium is just tiny part of the story. There are so many nutrients, like magnesium, boron, zinc and many other vitamins and minerals.

But no matter how many of those nutrients you put in your body, there’s one disease may be robbing you of all those vital vitamins and minerals.

Leaving your bones brittle and easy to break

The worst part? This disease is so mysterious you may not even know you have it…

Celiac Disease is a hard to diagnose, autoimmune disease triggered by gluten

Gluten is a protein that is found in many cereal grains like: wheat, oatmeal, barley, rye and other grains.

But gluten is found in a LOT of foods we eat likecoffee creamer, beer, candies, spices, cheese, chewing gum, and many other processed foods

Celiac Disease is pretty common: 1 in 133 people have the disease. However, it’s estimated that up to 83 percent of people who have it don’t know they have it. That’s bad news for their bones.

A recent study, out of George Mason University College of Health and Human Services, published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, discovered that people with undiagnosed Celiac Disease had lower bone density

(Celiac’s isn’t the only bone wrecker out there. Some of them are actually hiding in bottles… bottles of pills that are supposed to keep you healthy! But instead these drugs are destroying your bones. Find out more about these drugs, here.)

Surprisingly, the researchers found that people with undiagnosed Celiac Disease took in more calories and nutrients (because the disease makes absorbing nutrients difficult).

But how could you have a disease and not even know it?

That is easy: some common symptoms of Celiac Disease include: anxiety, anemia, bloating and gas, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, headaches, joint pain … all of which can easily be attributed to other conditions (or just a normal part of life).

Left untreated, these folks have a much higher risk of other autoimmune disease (like arthritis), osteoporosis, thyroid disease, and certain cancers

Not to mention the fact that the disease destroys your guts ability to digest and absorb essential nutrients (including those minerals your bones need to be strong).

It’s easy to be diagnose Celiac’s — a simple blood test will tell you if you have antibodies to gluten

Plus, treatment for Celiac Disease is simple (AND, incredibly hard): stop eating gluten.

If you discover you are of these people with Celiac Disease, make sure you are getting the nutrients your bones need by eating enough good proteins, taking enough Vitamin D, Vitamin K, magnesium, boron, calcium, along with regular exercise.

P.S. To keep your bones at their strongest you need to know about all the bone-damaging culprits. Some of them might be hiding in your bathroom…in your medicine cabinet to be exact. Find out here if the drugs you or a loved one are taking are secretly wrecking your bones
