Natural Anxiety Remedy UNLOCKS Your Calm!

Just about everyone I know has a strong opinion on marijuana.

Some folks think it shouldn’t be legal, while others insist any adult who wants to use it should be allowed.

But what’s REALLY interesting to me about the cannabis plant is its potential health benefits, such as helping folks who are battling cancer.

However, suppose you’re interested in one of marijuana’s MOST popular uses… anxiety relief… but NOT in its mind-altering side effects. In that case, you’ll LOVE the news I have to share today.

Roughly one in five American adults is currently living with an anxiety disorder.

That makes it the MOST common mental illness.

So, it’s no surprise that anti-anxiety medications are some of the most prescribed drugs in the country.

But here’s the thing. Scientists say there IS a way to reap the anxiety-busting benefits of marijuana without it affecting your thinking or judgment.

THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) is the primary psychoactive ingredient in the cannabis plant. It’s what gives you that “high” feeling when you smoke marijuana or eat an edible.

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a “cousin” ingredient of THC. But the extract doesn’t have the same psychoactive mind-altering side effects.

Researchers have been studying the effects of THC and CBD on anxiety symptoms, and the results are pretty darn exciting.

They divided study volunteers into those who hadn’t ever used cannabis and those who had (42 non-cannabis users and 258 cannabis users).

The cannabis users were assigned one of three cannabis products they could use as often as they wished during the study to test their effects on anxiety symptoms:

  • a THC-dominant product (24 percent THC and 1 percent CBD)
  • a CBD-dominant product (1 percent THC, 24 percent CBD)
  • a balanced blend (12 percent CBD and 12 percent THC)

After four weeks, all four groups experienced lower anxiety levels, with the cannabis users reporting more significant perceived improvements. But in the end, they found that the product that contained more (NON-psychoactive) CBD was the MOST effective at soothing anxiety.

CBD oils and gummies are available in most parts of the US. So, if you battle anxiety, you might want to consider giving this natural solution a try. It could be the key to unlocking your inner calm.

Just be sure to consult with your healthcare provider first.

P.S. Feeling achy or sore? Before you reach for a risky over-the-counter med, consider this potent natural alternative that’s been proven to deliver POWERFUL pain relief.
