[BREAKING] Prevent 7 TYPES of Cancer with This Easy Secret?!

Staying cancer-free can feel downright impossible.

Don’t use your cell phone too much… eat a ton of vegetables every day…

And when you see your friends and family get cancer despite their best efforts, it makes you feel like not trying at all.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Because scientists have FINALLY discovered a way that can help give you a fighting chance when it comes to keeping cancer away for good.

And all it takes is 20 minutes a day…

According to a new study, walking briskly for just 20 minutes a day can SLASH your risk of seven different types of cancer!

The study, published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, followed 755,549 people for a decade to find the difference in cancer risk between exercisers and non-exercisers.

And when participants took a brisk daily 20-minute walk, their cancer risk PLUMMETED… across the board:

  • Liver cancer, Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, AND uterine cancer risk ALL dropped by 18 percent
  • Myeloma by 19 percent
  • Colon cancer by 14 percent
  • Kidney cancer by 11 percent
  • And breast cancer by 6 percent.

And the more they exercised, the LOWER their risk got!

In fact, bumping up their exercise to just 45 minutes a day cut their liver cancer risk by 30 PERCENT, breast cancer risk by 10 PERCENT, and kidney cancer risk by 17 PERCENT!

More good news: this happened in both male AND female participants.

You see, exercise destroys cancer because it helps you lose weight. Dropping those extra pounds improves your blood sugar and reduces out-of-control inflammation—the source of all disease.

Another reason walking is so effective for preventing cancer is that it increases your blood flow, RUSHING oxygen into your cells, and flushing out waste and toxins.

PLUS, exercise clears your brain, reduces stress, and even helps you sleep better.

If you live in a colder part of the U.S., it may not sound too enticing to go out into the cold, but try to do so on those sunny winter days anyway. Or hop on a treadmill at your local gym.
