Put an End to Joint Pain – Naturally!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Joint pain is something that tends to creep up on you as you get older.

And oftentimes, people don’t take joint pain seriously… and neither mainstream doctors.

But here’s the thing, those aches and pains might start out as just little annoying… but then they grow worse and worse

Constant pain can slow you down, and keep you from living life to the fullest.

Soon you’re headed down the path toward less movement, more weight gain, isolation, and a decrease in happiness.

But before you start heading down this dark, ugly road, it’s time to learn about what you can do to naturally stop joint pain.

Let me clarify what I said earlier: we tend to develop joint pain as we grow older IF we don’t give our joints what they need to grow and repair themselves

So let’s look at what you can give your joints so they have what they need to be healthy:

  • Glucosamine is a normal component of cartilage and kind of acts like an oil (smoothing the joints for movement). You can take glucosamine as a supplement at around 1500 milligrams a day.
  • Chondroitin is very similar to glucosamine – a building block of cartilage. Many studies show chondroitin helps reduce joint pain and stiffness in people with osteoarthritis. Take about 400 to 800 milligrams two to three times a day for the best benefits.
  • SAMe or S-adenosyl-L-methionine is aamino acid people use for conditions like depression and osteoarthritis. SAMe is essential for the repair of cartilage. People usually take 200 to 400 milligrams three times a day
  • Turmeric is well known to reduce inflammation it is an active ingredient called curcumin that has been used for hundreds of years for inflammation.
  • Boswellia (also known as Indian frankincense) has been used for thousands of years to reduce inflammation. Recent studies show that it has anti-inflammatory effects and reduces pain in people with joint pain.
  • Fish oil (docosahexaenoic acid DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid EPA) both have anti-inflammatory effectsThere are many studies that show it helps people with joint pain.   recommend between 1000 to 3000 milligrams a day.
  • Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is another amino acid people take to help rebuild or maintain joint health. People take large doses (between 1500 and 6000 milligrams) a day.

P.S. In addition to the above there’s a natural SUPERFOOD that slashes joint pain. So if you’re already experiencing pain in your joints, you’ll want to read this and make sure you add this superfood to your next grocery run.
