REV UP Your Sex Life in MINUTES

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

How do you like it when a mainstream doc tells you, “It’s just a normal part of aging”?

I guess “normal” means you don’t sleep as well as you used to, you take more and more drugs, and let’s not even mention what happens in the bedroom…

But don’t listen to any of that hogwash.

This simple trick can REV UP your sex life… PLUS it can help your sleep and your mood.

And it’s completely free!

Want to boost your love life? It could be as simple as stepping out into the sunshine.

I know that might sound incredible… but hear me out.

A group of researchers from Tel Aviv University has found that exposure to ultraviolet radiation from sunlight enhances romantic passion.

Most of the people in the world have become afraid of sunlight, and understandably so. There’s no denying that too much sun without the proper protection can lead to skin cancer.

But thanks to misinformation, folks have overcorrected and are staying away from the sun FAR too much.

You see, when sunlight hits your skin, it helps produce vitamin D, which is essential for:

  • bone and skin health,
  • a positive mood,
  • strong muscles,
  • blood sugar control,
  • a robust immune system,
  • and so much more!

As sunlight enters your eyes, it sets off a chain reaction of hormones that control your daily rhythm. This includes when you sleep and the quality sleep you get. And good sleep helps your brain function, puts you in a better mood, and even aids in weight loss.

But now we know that’s not all the sun can do.

In the recent study, the research team found that exposure to sunlight helps regulate your endocrine system, which is responsible for releasing hormones. That sunlight then INCREASES testosterone and other hormones that control your sex drive.

The researchers identified a protein called p53 which rises in the skin after sunlight exposure and then “talks” to the other hormones.

So, if you are feeling the slump of aging, get yourself outside and into the sunshine – the more the better!

It goes without saying that you don’t want to burn your skin… spend just enough time outside to get exposure without getting sunburn. Roughly 20 to 30 minutes, a few times a week should do the trick.

P.S. Ladies, are you feeling a little left out? Click here to find out how YOU can boost your sex drive in one simple step.
