REVEALED: Amazon Secret to Living 121 Years

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

We all want to live a long, healthy life.

But there’s one thing that can take that dream from you quicker than you can say “premature death.”

It’s called oxidative stress and it’s the culprit behind heart disease, cancer, premature aging and even DNA damage.

And the best way to neutralize oxidative stress is by upping your intake of antioxidants.

Fortunately, researchers have just discovered a source of antioxidants so powerful, it can stop the damage done by oxidative stress in its tracks.

And believe it or not, it works in as little as one hour.

It’s called guarana and it’s been hailed by Amazonian medicine men for its healing and longevity powers.

In fact, regions of the Amazon rainforest where this magic plant are native are reported to have inhabitants live well into their 90’ and 100’s, including one women who lived to see her 121st birthday.

Because of these long, healthy lives, researchers suspected that guarana might the secret weapon to fight oxidative stress.

And it looks like they were on to something…

For the study, researchers gave participants 3g of guarana powder and then collected blood and DNA samples, looking for specific markers that indicate oxidative stress.

Just one hour after ingestion, guarana powder made some serious progress…

The scientists found that the guarana powder not only improved the participants LDL (bad) cholesterol, a telltale sign of oxidative stress.

Even better? It also shielded their DNA from oxidative damage.

And this all happened within one short hour of taking a 3 mg dose. Just imagine what guarana could be doing for your health all day long!

Upon further investigation, experts concluded that the reason guarana is so effective against oxidative stress is because it ups your levels of a very special compound called glutathione or the “master antioxidant”.

Higher levels of glutathione are linked to lowered inflammation, which can lower your risk of heart disease, cancer and even Alzheimer’s.

You can get guarana at your local vitamin shop.

Live well,
