REVEALED: The 8 CLEAR Signs of Alzheimer’s

People tend to think every time they forget something, they’re getting Alzheimer’s.

And while it’s tempting to go right to thinking you’ve lost your marbles, forgetting is not actually the first sign of this deadly disease.

Because researchers have now discovered the TRUE signs of Alzheimer’s

And I’ve boiled it down into a simple list of eight.

Here’s exactly what you need to look for, so you can stop Alzheimer’s in its tracks.

Unfortunately, the odds of staying Alzheimer’s-free are bleak.

A new case of Alzheimer’s is diagnosed every 66 seconds in America.

But the good news is, if you catch it early you can halt—and even reverse—the symptoms.

So pay close attention… because these eight clues could save your life.

  1. Worrying about your memory. Surprisingly, researchers linked worry about memory loss to Alzheimer’s diagnoses. People who worry have more dangerous plaques in their brains, which leads to dementia.
  2. Loss of interests in hobbies. If you’ve always enjoyed knitting or crosswords and notice that you just don’t feel like doing either anymore, you may want to start paying closer attention to your memory.
  3. Trouble speaking and using words. It’s fairly common to have trouble finding the right word in a conversation, but if you notice it happening more and more, you could have aphasia, a common early sign of Alzheimer’s.
  4. Mismanaging finances. If you’ve always paid your bills on time, but now they slip through the cracks—or you’re even letting someone else handle them—you could be at risk for Alzheimer’s.
  5. Getting lost. Spatial orientation is one of the first things to go. If you’ve always had a problem with directions, you have nothing to worry about. But if you start getting lost coming home from church or the grocery store, it’s time to talk to your doctor.
  6. Fragmented memories. A big warning sign of Alzheimer’s is not being able to remember a recent conversation or significant events that took place.
  7. Avoiding social events. People with early signs of dementia don’t enjoy going out with friends and tend to start canceling plans. One of the reasons for this is they simply forget they’d scheduled it in the first place, but a sadder reason is they’re embarrassed about their inability to follow conversations.
  8. Inability to make plans. Struggling with basic decision-making is a big sign of Alzheimer’s, and goes hand-in-hand with becoming less social.

If you find yourself doing any of these eight actions, get to your doctor immediately.

In the meantime, do what you can to prevent Alzheimer’s disease from ever taking hold. Start by cutting the amount of sugar you eat.

Next, add some daily brain-protecting supplements like fish oil and curcumin. These both have an added benefit of lowering inflammation—the root cause of many diseases.
