REVERSE Dementia With This FREE Cure
If you’re anything like my senior patients, your biggest fear is losing your memories… and independence.
And why shouldn’t it be? No one wants to saddle their family with the cost and stress of taking care of them as they grow older.
But it seems like the mainstream is hell bent on seeing this happen to you and millions of other aging folks.
They constantly recommend risky drugs and low-fat diets that just DON’T WORK against dementia.
Fortunately, there’s something that does.
And it won’t cost you a penny.
German scientists gathered 1,200 adults and analyzed their fitness level and separated them into “fit people” (folks who exercise) and “non-fit people” (folks who don’t exercise).
They then put all these people through a series of tests and an MRI scan to determine how healthy their brains were.
The “fit” participants score higher on memory and reasoning tests… their brains were also completely different than the people who didn’t exercise…
You see, their brains had more white matter – a substance that shields your nerves from dementia-causing damage.
Most people tend to lose myelin white matter as they age. But keeping it means your brain connects and functions as it should and lessens your risk of developing dementia
And when the researchers took a closer look, they realized that:
- People who didn’t exercise had the lowest amount of white matter in their brains
- People who exercised some, had higher amounts of white matter in their brains
- And the people exercised a lot had the highest amount.
Why is this happening?
Exercise is well-known to increase blood flow and get more oxygen to the brain, but that’s not the whole story.
The white-matter loss is linked to things like high oxidative damage, inflammation, and poor blood sugar control.
Exercise drops inflammation, oxidative damage, and improves blood sugar control.
But “being fit” doesn’t mean you have to be a world-class athlete; you just have to get out and move your body around a bit.
If you don’t exercise regularly start slow and build up. Try walking, cycling, gardening, or take up a sport – all of those will help
