Ringing in Your Ears? Here’s How to STOP It
If you have tinnitus, you already know how the endless ringing in your ears can drive you mad.
And your mainstream doctor won’t help you.
He’ll just give you two terrible options:
- Have a risky surgery that doesn’t always work.
- Or learn to live with.
But it shouldn’t be this way. You deserve a better, more effective ways to stop tinnitus.
And now they are here.
Let me show you.
One of the big problems with tinnitus is it’s not a disease.
Instead, tinnitus is a symptom of many conditions.
In fact, there aremore than 200 different conditions (from hearing loss, exposure to loud noises, to neckor head injury) that have been linked with tinnitus.
That makes it a struggle to find out the actual source of the maddening ringing.
Studies have shown that even temporary hearing damage can change your brain pattern activity enough to cause constant ringing in your ears, even though there are no signs of damage.
Scientists believe that tinnitus is similar to phantom limb syndrome. People who lose a leg or arm still think they can feel their lost limb because theirbrain has a hard time letting go of the pattern.
With loss or damage to specific brain neurons, the remaining brain cells tend to increase their activity as a way for compensation. That compensation is the ringing you hear.
This means tinnitus is a very complicated condition that involves several systems of the body – but mostly has to do with the brain.
So, let’s get your brain in order.
Dr. Scott’s Tinnitus Survival Protocol
- CoQ10: Start with CoQ10. Most studies use 100 milligrams, but I generally recommend 200 milligrams a day as a good place to start for people with tinnitus.
- NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine): This amino acid has been shown to help people with tinnitus.
- Ginkgo biloba: This herb helps to restore micro-circulation (small blood vessels) which bring oxygen and nutrients to the ear.
- B vitamins: Vitamin B12 has been studied for helping with tinnitus, but I like a mixture of B vitamins.
