The Root Cause of Your Anxiety (And How to Fix it)

These days, it’s hard NOT to be anxious.

Between the rising cost of medical care… the unrelenting news cycle… and worrying about your family, it’s no wonder you’re feeling on edge.

Thankfully, certain herbs and nutrients – like chamomile, hops, passionflower, and theanine – can do a great job of easing your frets.

But as it turns out, there’s an even better way to END your anxiety.

And it gets at the root cause of this debilitating disease.

I’m talking about your microbiome.

And when this intricate collection of gut bacteria is out of whack, it can cause diseases like diabetes… high blood pressure… and even arthritis.

Now it looks like this same imbalance could be the root cause of your anxiety, too.

Fortunately, it’s also easy to fix.

Recent research suggests that mental disorders (including anxiety) can be treated by changing and improving your microbiome.

For the review, scientists looked 21 different studies where microbiomes were changed through diet and probiotic supplements.

At the end, they found that eleven of the twenty-one studies show a positive effect on anxiety symptoms by changing the microbiome (that’s more than half).

But when they drilled down into the data, they found that changing your gut health could improve your anxiety by a WHOPPING 86%!

And doing that couldn’t be easier.

Let me show you:

  • Eat plenty of fermented foods: Including sauerkraut, pickles, and yogurt. For the more adventurous eater: miso, natto, and kimchi
  • Take a good probiotic: I personally like to rotate probiotics to get a wide variety of species.
  • Eat plenty of fiber prebiotics: Probiotics need food and fiber is one of the best ways to feed them. Eat plenty of fresh raw vegetables to get your fiber.
  • Sleep well, keep stress low, and exercise.
