SHRINK Your Heart Attack Risk by 35%!

If you’re not thinking about your heart health… you should be.

Because without this vital organ, your golden years will be filled with doctor’s appointments… dangerous drugs… and even heart attack and stroke.

Fortunately, I’ve got some good news.

Heart risks don’t have to terrify you anymore.

Because a breaking new study proves that one simple trick can PLUMMET your heart attack and stroke risk by 35 PERCENT!

And it’s as easy as one, two, zzzzz.

That’s right, SLEEP can save your heart!

You don’t have to starve yourself, start running triathlons… just getting better sleep can help you DEFEAT your genetic risk for heart disease.

A new study out of Tulane University followed 385,292 people for over eight years to see what they could do to minimize a strong family genetic risk for heart disease.

The researchers found that sleep was the single BIGGEST factor for heart attacks and stroke.

After figuring out the participants’ genetic risk for heart attack and stroke, scientists studied their sleep patterns and scored each participant. The scale ran from 0 to 5 and depended on the quality of sleep and how hours slept.

The scientists found that regularly getting between just 7 and 8 hours of sleep lowered the risk of heart disease even if the participant was at high risk for heart attack or stroke…

Meaning you can literally SLEEP your way to a healthier heart!

But there’s a flip side.

If you’re spending your nights tossing and turning AND you’ve got family members who’ve died of heart disease, you’re 2.5 TIMES more likely to have a heart attack… and 1.5 TIMES more likely to have a stroke!

But solving the problem is easy. You can improve your sleep by taking melatonin, or any of the following herbs:

  • Hops
  • Passionflower
  • Lemon balm
  • Chamomile
  • And valerian.

One thing to keep in mind: make sure you consult with your doctor to see if any of these herbs will interact with your current medications.
