"Super 6" Solution Slashes Dementia Risk 90%
Aging sure isn’t for sissies.
It’s hard on EVERY system in your body.
Everything from your heart to your mobility is affected.
But perhaps the BIGGEST challenge of getting older is the damage Father Time does to your brain. Brain cells fade, and the brain itself gradually shrinks as you age.
The good news is, you CAN fight back and maintain your mental power well into your golden years.
In fact, with this “super 6” solution, you can protect your precious memories and be rewarded with the cognitive prowess of someone FAR younger.
I bet you don’t need me to tell you that moving your body is good for your health.
Regular physical activity has MANY benefits – from heart disease prevention to maintaining your independence.
And now evidence suggests it’s one of six factors that can protect your precious memories.
Recent research published in The British Medical Journal found that each choice can hit the slow-mo button on brain aging.
The study analyzed the health of twenty-nine thousand people over 60.
When folks with a “normal” lifestyle were compared to those with a “poor” one, the results were STUNNING. The normies were:
- 90 percent LESS likely to develop dementia
- 30 percent LESS likely to experience mild cognitive impairment
So you’re probably wondering what a “normal” (or what I would call HEALTHY) lifestyle consists of, right?
Well, folks who were classified as normal had six factors in common. They…
- ate a healthy diet,
- got regular exercise,
- maintained active social contact (seeing friends and family),
- pursued cognitive activities such as writing, reading, playing mahjong,
- didn’t smoke, and
- never drank alcohol.
Each of the “super 6” was individually linked to a slower decline in memory over 10 years.
Incredibly, even people with a STRONG genetic propensity towards dementia (carriers of the apolipoprotein E (APOE) gene) gain significant benefits from living this kind of healthy lifestyle.
You can use these findings to protect your OWN brain health as you age.
Take a look at those six healthy behaviors again. If there’s one (or two or three) you’re weak in, focus on improving those.
If, for example, you’ve got your diet under control, but you live the life of a hermit, then make plans to meet up with friends for coffee or try volunteering somewhere. Do whatever it takes to get out of the house and socialize.
Small steps towards improving your weakest areas can pay off BIG in the future.
P.S. Unhappiness and loneliness are on the rise. And this miserable combo causes your health to decline FASTER than smoking a pack of cigarettes A DAY! CLICK HERE for the easy fix.
