Super Duo SLASHES Your Autoimmune Disease Risk
Dear Living Well Daily Reader,
Did you know that there are over 100 known autoimmune diseases?
I’m talking about conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, celiac disease, Grave’s disease, and type 1 diabetes.
You might think that these diseases are rare, but that’s a common misconception. They affect over 23.5 million Americans— that’s seven percent of the population!
But now, there’s an EASY way to lower your autoimmune disease risk.
Researchers have found that you can SLASH your risk with this super duo.
What’s the super duo secret? Vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids.
According to a new study, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids are your key to reducing autoimmune disorders.
The researchers enrolled 26,000 volunteers in a randomized trial to see what health effects happened after five years.
And it surprised even the researchers when they saw a 22 percent reduction in autoimmune disease occurrence just from taking vitamin D.
That’s not all… the researchers also saw an 18 percent reduction from taking omega-3 fatty acids.
Both of these supplements have MANY other health benefits: they’re anti-inflammatory, good for your heart and your brain, they help with mood, and they can even improve bone health.
Basically, you should be taking these supplements anyway!
And when I say “supplement,” I mean it– most people cannot get enough of these essential nutrients in their diets.
If you’re under 70, you should aim for 600IU of vitamin D daily, and if you’re over 70, try to get 800IU.
When shopping for a fish oil supplement, make sure you get a good balance of DHA and EPA. Ideally, you should look for 250 to 500mg combined DHA and EPA.

P.S. Omega-3s can also shield you from this dangerous toxin. Find out what it is right here.
