“Talking Trick” REDUCES Mortality Risk 50%?! [SHOCKING]
Dear Reader,
Humans are social animals.
While being close to other people can sometimes drive us crazy, those relationships are necessary for our health, happiness, and longevity.
In a time of “Social Isolation,” keeping and maintaining strong relationships can be hard. But staying connected is crucial for your health.
Luckily, there’s a lot you can do to combat this isolation and keep yourself healthy.
Women tend to live longer than men, in part because they are much more social.
And the fact of the matter is, being socially connected is essential to your health.
This was reinforced thanks to a new study, published in the European Journal of Neurology, where researchers followed 4,316 people for 13 years and they found that socially isolated people were 40 percent more likely to suffer a heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular event than those who had strong social ties.
The research team also found that being socially isolated increased the risk of death from ANY cause by 50 percent.
Imagine a drug that could lift your risk of dying by 50 percent! That would be ridiculous, but if you think about it, you hold in your hands the ‘drug’ you need: connection with other people.
We’re finding that strong social ties are every bit as important as what you eat, how much exercise, how much sleep you get, or even diseases such a high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
We’ve all felt lonely and alone at times or have had a problem connecting with close friends and family.
And in the age of COVID-19 socializing is even more difficult
One of the best social relationships is a good marriage, but there’s also membership in groups or clubs, church, and organizations.
Volunteering is also a great way to get out and connect with other people.
If you can’t connect with people you are close to because of the recent restrictions, then you can meet them on a back porch, in parks, or online… make an effort today to talk to someone you haven’t in a while.
It will do your heart a world of good!
