Tasty FAT Hack SLASHES Heart Risk

Is your heart trying to tell you something?

Are little warning signs appearing that your ticker may be in trouble someday soon?

You may have noticed your blood pressure creeping UP or your energy levels dialing DOWN. Or everyday tasks leave you feeling more winded than usual.

Don’t ignore those signs. Your heart could be sending smoke signals about potential heart issues simmering under the surface. And that’s ESPECIALLY true if you have a family history of heart disease.

But surprisingly, this one FATTY food can PROTECT your heart.

If your family history has you concerned about heart disease, it’s time to start taking preventative measures.

Because whether it’s heart attacks, blood clots, arrhythmias, or other heart dangers encoded in your genes, earlier intervention can help steer your fate in a different direction.

And now new research published in the journal Circulation reveals that folks with a family history of heart disease can benefit from eating MORE oily fish.

Fatty fish, including sardines, salmon, and mackerel, contain the omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

These essential nutrients are needed for normal body function but can’t be made by your body. They must come from your diet.

Researchers recently closely examined data on almost 8,000 people with heart disease.

They were able to show that those who had a close relative with heart disease (like a parent or sibling) and who had LOW amounts of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA had a 40 percent HIGHER risk of cardiovascular disease.

You DON’T want to be in that group.

And eating plenty of cold-water fatty fish is an easy way to ensure you get enough of these critical nutrients.

Not a fish fan? Consider supplementing with between one and three grams of fish daily.

Your future is NOT written in stone. Just because you have a close relative with heart disease doesn’t mean you have to follow them down that road.

You can take a different path, starting with getting enough heart-friendly fatty acids into your daily diet.

P.S. A recent study has found that folks who suffer from this common deficiency are much more likely to have heart disease.
