The 2-Hour FIX For Cancer

You think you’re doing all of the right things…

You stopped smoking. You’re trying to eat right.

Maybe some doc even talked you into sitting through a miserable colonoscopy or mammogram.

And it’s all because you’ll do ANYTHING to avoid cancer.

But maybe stopping cancer doesn’t have to be so hard.

I’m going to show you how you can SLASH your cancer risk in as little as two hours… starting tonight.

I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face… there is no drug or supplement that does as much for your health as sleep.

Getting enough shut-eye has been proven to help protect everything from your heart to your brain.

A good night’s sleep could also keep you from dying from cancer.

A new study, published in the Journal of American Heart Association, looked at more than 1,600 adults who had high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or heart disease.

I’m guessing you may have one of those conditions yourself.

Well, the folks who slept less than six hours a night had DOUBLE the risk of dying from cancer.

Just great, right? These people already have serious, underlying health issues… and now they have to worry about cancer, too.

All because they’re not sleeping enough.

But here’s the good news…

The folks who did get enough sleep were able to return their cancer risk back to normal.

Just going from six hours a night of sleep to eight hours… a simple increase of two hours… could help you stay a step ahead of cancer.

And of the Grim Reaper.

So how do you get more and better sleep? Here are some tips:

  • Get enough sun exposure during the day. This establishes a healthy circadian rhythm (your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle).
  • Exercise, but not too close to bedtime.
  • Keep a consistent bedtime to help your body get on a schedule.
  • Use supplements when you need extra help. Some of the best are hops, passionflower, magnesium, and melatonin.
