This Condition Nearly DOUBLES Your Cancer Risk!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Cancer can attack anyone, of any age.

That’s why it’s important to take offensive action as much as possible.

And while taking your vitamins, eating your veggies, and getting exercise are all crucial to fending off cancer, one thing could be counteracting all of your good efforts.

A new study has uncovered that this condition could almost DOUBLE your risk of pancreatic cancer.

But don’t worry – there’s still hope.

*****

Researchers have discovered there’s a major reason pancreatic cancer develops: poor blood sugar control.

A new study out of Sweden found that impaired fasting glucose is a risk factor for increased pancreatic cancer – ESPECIALLY in people over 55 years old.

The researchers reviewed the health records of 182 pancreatic cancer patients, looking closely at their bloodwork panels.

And they found that a fasting blood sugar over 110 mg/dL caused a 1.77 adjusted risk increase in pancreatic cancer.

This study is even more evidence for why controlling your blood sugar is one of the best things you can do for your health.

Of course, poor blood sugar control is the disease of our modern world – and the root of MANY other diseases, including heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and kidney disease.

But getting it under control can ensure that you live a long, healthy life.

Let me show you how.

Dr. Scott’ Sugar-Control Program:

  • Start with diet. Cut out as much sugar as you can. Instead, base your diet around proteins and vegetables.
  • Find easy ways to exercise. Take the stairs, walk to your errands, stand during television commercials… find something fun and stick with it. Exercise is proven to help control blood sugar.
  • Weight control. The best way to control diabetes, as you’ve probably heard, is to maintain a healthy weight. There are many ways to lose weight, but I prefer getting blood sugar under control, dropping inflammation, and giving your metabolism a kick. The supplements I recommend will help you do that.
  • Cinnamon is an herb that we are used to having on our toast, but when it is super-concentrated, cinnamon becomes a powerful weapon against high blood sugar. It’s easy to find in supplement form, and it’s dirt cheap.
  • Turmeric is an herb that is naturally anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory. Turmeric helps to reduce insulin resistance, allowing glucose to enter the cells effectively. You can add more turmeric to your diet or get it as a supplement.
  • Olive leaf extract is an herb that helps to keep blood sugar under control. I’ve been recommending it to my patients for years.
