This Diet Makes Your Breast Cancer Come Back!?

If you’ve fought breast cancer and won, it feels like a HUGE victory.

Because it is!

But there’s always that voice in the back of your head that says… what if it comes back?

It’s a valid thought… especially when many folks suffer this fate.

Fortunately, now researchers have uncovered a secret trigger that switches cancer back on.

And knowing how to spot it can keep you from dealing with breast cancer AGAIN.

I’m talking about yo-yo dieting.

You know when you rapidly lose weight… and gain it back.

A research team out of the UK something shocking: women who lost OR gained weight doubled the risk of their tumors returning.

The researchers looked at 1,317 women with primary breast cancer and found that changes in belly fat was the determining factor for cancer recurrence.

You see, the weight change only affected women with ER positive cancer, which makes up 80 percent of breast cancers.

ER positive cancers contain estrogen receptors. This means when your estrogen levels are high, the tumors grow and spread throughout your body because the cancer cells are feeding on estrogen.

And there’s another factor to worry about.

Normally women produce estrogen in their ovaries, but if you’re carrying extra fat, you’re also carrying secret deposits of estrogen because the more fat you carry, the more estrogen you have throughout your body.

And the BIGGER your cancer grows.

When you look at the science, it makes sense that women who gain weight will have more recurrence of their cancers.

But the same thing was happening with women who lost a lot of weight, too.

This could be caused by the hormonal imbalances caused by changes in body mass or not losing fat from around the belly.

So this means maintaining a healthy weight is one of the best ways to NEVER get breast cancer again.

And one way to do that is to stay away from the sugar and carbs. These will add weight, but it will be exactly where you don’t want it: in your belly.
