[WARNING] Nighttime Routine Giving You Diabetes?!

If you’re worried about diabetes, you’ve probably done your research.

You’ve heard it all: skip dessert… get plenty of exercise… lose weight.

But today, I’m going to tell you about a way to STOP diabetes that you HAVEN’T heard of.

So whether you have diabetes or just want to steer clear of it…

You need to know about the nighttime routine that can put you in the danger zone.

The answer is your circadian rhythm.

This is what controls when you get tired and when you feel awake. It’s a process that’s so automatic it’s easy to take it for granted…

That is, until something goes wrong.

So if you have trouble sleeping or wake up during the night, you could be setting yourself up for diabetes.

A new study published in the National Academy of Sciences shows that people with an irregular circadian rhythm are at HIGH risk for developing diabetes.

You see, nearly every cell in your body has a molecular clock that regulates and synchronizes metabolic functions throughout your body.

And a special type called islet cells control your blood sugar levels by working with hormones like insulin and glucagon.

So when your internal clocks are out-of-whack, this relationship goes haywire.

And this can happen when you’re not sleeping well, traveling to a different time zone, drinking caffeine too late, or just not getting enough sunlight.

Your cells get confused and can’t process the sugar… the glucose stays in your blood, and suddenly you’re stuck with DANGEROUS blood sugar spikes.

But you can take control again.

If you have trouble winding down at night, try making your bedroom an electronic-free zone. Blue light emitted from your phone and TV has been shown again and again to tell your brain that it’s time to wake up.

Another good tip is to take melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone your brain produces when it’s time to go to sleep, and sometimes it just needs a little boost. You can find it here.
