[Warning] This Increases Your Asthma Risk 155%

During these crazy COVID times, it can be hard to know what to do to protect yourself.

We do know, however, to wear a mask, wipe down surfaces, sanitize our hands, and stay at home whenever possible. But what if one of those tips could actually be hurting you?

Because it turns out, there’s a deadly risk hiding out right in your home.

And the bad news is, it can raise your risk of asthma attacks by 155 percent.

But there’s good news too: I’m going to tell you how you can eliminate this enemy completely.

There’s been an alarming increase in asthma attacks during the pandemic, and it’s been caused by one thing: cleaning products.

The influx of disinfectants like bleach wipes and antibacterial sprays that we’ve been using to fight coronavirus has been ironically doing damage to some folks.

A new study published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology reported that asthma worsens from almost ALL cleaners: including bleach sprays and other liquid disinfectants.

When researchers surveyed almost 800 adults with asthma, they found that those who disinfected surfaces with bleach at least five times a week had an increase of asthma attacks by 155 percent!

So, what can you do if you have asthma, but still want to make sure you don’t get COVID?

First, keep wearing a mask and washing your hands.

Thankfully, the virus usually can’t survive on most surfaces for more for more than 24 hours, so keeping anything you buy out in a garage (or a safe place in your house) is another good strategy.

If you want to use disinfectants in your house, see if someone else in the family can do it for you while you distance yourself from the cleaning area. If you do have to be the person to clean, make sure you open all your windows and air out the room whenever you clean.
