“Wash Away” Alzheimer’s with THIS Festive Drink
It’s Christmas Eve and you’re probably looking forward to a nice dinner… or a relaxing time around the tree with your loved ones.
No matter what you’re up to today, it’s likely there’s plenty of good food and beverages to go along with the festivities.
But if you want to keep these Christmas memories forever, you need to get more of a certain festive drink.
Because research shows that is can actually “wash away” the ROOT CAUSE of Alzheimer’s.
And it’s something the mainstream has told you to avoid FOR YEARS.
I’m talking about alcohol.
Yeah, that right.
The same drinks that mainstream continues to vilify could be the BEST WAY to combat Alzheimer’s.
Here’s how it works…
The cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) that surrounds your brain flushes away waste products, including beta-amyloid – the nasty protein that causes Alzheimer’s.
When you consume small amounts of alcohol it can boost the flow of CSF to your brain… washing away deadly beta-amyloid before they have a chance to take hold.
And there’s research to prove it.
In a recent study, published in the journal Scientific Reports, scientists split mice into three groups. Each group got either a low, medium or high dose of alcohol.
At the end of the study, the low-dose group (the human equivalent of about two drinks) saw an IMMEDIATE 40 percent increase in the flow CSF to their brains.
To be clear, I’m not telling you to guzzle down gallons of wine or vodka and expect wonders.
You see, the mice in the medium-dose and high-dose groups saw a HUGE decrease in CSF flow… which increases their risk of Alzheimer’s.
So it’s important to keep your drinking in the moderate range… even during the holidays.
My advice is to drink every once and a while, but not every day.
And always choose a libation with extra health benefits like red wine or beer. Both contain powerful antioxidants that can lower-inflammation – the root cause of all disease.
