Then they used an extract purified from Lotus seeds called epigallocatechin, or EGCC.

EGCC is also the main antioxidant found in green tea, and is what makes it so good for you.

Antioxidants help fight free radicals, which cause cell damage, aging, and more issues.

And when the EGCC began to interact with the liver cells, it BANISHED the inflammation!

But these aren’t the only benefits scientists have found. Lotus seeds can also help lower blood sugar, improve sleep, strengthen your immune system, and so much more.
