Why You NEVER Want to Skip Red Meat
When it comes to dietary advice, the mainstream has no shortage of dangerous suggestions.
They push diabetes-causing artificial sweeteners… heart-ruining low-fat diets… and tell you to avoid some of the healthiest foods on the planet.
But that ends today.
Because according to some new research, red meat – one of the mainstream’s biggest dietary villains – is COMPLETELY SAFE… and even GOOD for you.
Here’s what you need to know.
A new meta-analysis combined the results of 12 trials with over 54,000 people and found NO link between red meat consumption and heart disease, diabetes, or cancer.
Read that again: No connection between red meat and cancer, heart disease, or diabetes.
Even better? Red meat is actually GOOD for you.
It contains essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your body needs. Red meat contains large amounts of Vitamins B3, B12, B6, iron, zinc, selenium, as well as the amino acids creatine and carnosine – all of which are hard to find in the modern diet.
And if you get grass-fed beef, you’ll get more omega-3s and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) as well as even more vitamin A and vitamin E than in conventionally raised meats.
The researchers called their findings “controversial,” but what is truly controversial is banning this nutritious food.
My long-standing advice to eat a low carb, ketogenic, or Paleo diet because it is your one-way ticket to health. And good quality red meat is a vital part of that program.

The researcher also looked at processed meat foods (another boogieman according to mainstream nutritionists) and found there was no association with processed meat and bad health outcomes.
So go ahead and eat your bacon, too!
