In a new study by the Harvard School of Public Health, scientists followed a group of men for 20 years to find out food changed brain health.
At the end, the researchers found only one thing made a difference in cognitive and thinking skills: how many vegetables the men ate.
You see, men who ate at least six servings of vegetables every day were 34 percent less likely to have memory and thinking issues!
That means getting enough veggies can slash your dementia risk by more than a THIRD!
The study did find the men who started eating vegetables earlier in life had better results, but it didn’t matter too much when they started.
So now is the time to start loading up!
And that’s easy to do.
Just add a handful of spinach to your omelet. Or add a tomato to your lunch. And get in a few greens with your dinner.
