4 Drugs RUINING Your Heath

It’s easy to do.

You’ve got a headache… or a stomach ache… or back pain that just won’t quit.

So, you walk out of the pharmacy with a variety of pills to cure all of your aliments.

And why wouldn’t you? Your mainstream doc prescribed them… and told you these meds are perfectly safe.

But I can assure you they’re NOT.

Because many of these “safe” drugs ruining your health.

And I will show you EXACTLY which four you should ditch today!

Taking pills is an ordinary part of our lives, but the pills your doctor gives you (and many over-the-counter medications) are far from harmless.

You see, these drugs can alter and even STOP your body’s natural functions. And this can lead to DANGEROUS and DEADLY side-effects.

Let me show you…

  • Over the Counter: Many of us assume over-the-counter medications are safe. This is far from the truth. NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, Tylenol…) are responsible for tens of thousands of deaths each year even when used properly. Other OTC meds, like laxatives and heartburn pills can lead to long-term health issues. Only use these medications if you really need them and stop as soon as you can.
  • Sedatives: Folks who take benzodiazepines to help them deal with stress or sleep are 50 percent more likely to have heartburn at night. Heartburn can lead to bigger health issues such as Barrett’s esophagus, lung problem. Even worse? These drugs are highly addictive and cause deadly side effects if stopped abruptly.
  • Old Antibiotics: When you have an infection, it’s very tempting to just reach into your cabinet and grab an old antibiotic. But antibiotics are prescribed for a specific type of infection. So if you use an old prescription for a new infection, chances are it WON’T WORK and could even set you up for a worse infection.
  • Calcium: Taking calcium can put you on the fast track for some serious heart problems. That’s why I generally recommend that people DON’T take it. But, for those people who take calcium, they should not take it on an empty stomach. The reason? Your need certain proteins and acids to breakdown calcium and they are only present when you have food in your stomach.

If you’re taking these meds (or any others), never stop them cold turkey. You should never start or stop at drug without consulting the health professional.
