Are You MISSING This Heart-Saving Vitamin?

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

How often do you hear the word “heartbreaking”?

That movie was heartbreaking… my neighbor’s cat died and it was heartbreaking… her son moved to the next state and it’s heartbreaking

It’s a word we use so much because a broken heart is one of the worst things that can happen to you.

And it’s exactly the same when it comes to your physical health. EVERYTHING depends on you having a healthy heart.

So much of the time, your health can feel completely out of your control.

But the truth is, it doesn’t have to be.

One study shows that there’s a heart-saving vitamin out there. And far too many Americans are MISSING out on it.

Researchers have now uncovered a heart health miracle: vitamin E.

Vitamin E is like a SUPERHERO when it comes to your heart.

In one study, vitamin E decreased heart disease, specifically heart attacks.

And in another study, vitamin E helped stop symptoms of angina, a condition that causes severe chest pain.

There are many reasons why vitamin E works.

Heart problems are too often caused by atherosclerosis, or clogged arteries. And this happens thanks to good old inflammation, the root cause of ALL disease.

Thanks to free radicals from inflammation, oxidation happens… the LAST thing you want.

Because oxidation in your arteries can lead to high LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol).

Vitamin E, however, sweeps in like Superman and DEFEATS the enemy.

You see, vitamin E contains a special antioxidant called alpha-tocopherol, which helps bind to the free radicals and get rid of them, healing your arteries and lowering your bad high cholesterol.

And that’s not the only antioxidants vitamin E has in its arsenal. There are more tocopherols (beta, gamma, and delta-tocopherol) PLUS tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta- tocotrienol).

Each of these plays a specific role in your body, and it’s absolutely vital that you get ALL of them.

And best of all, vitamin E doesn’t just help with your heart and your arteries… it can also fight aging, cancer, and even strengthen your immune system!

Make sure you are getting enough vitamin E by eating plenty of nuts and green vegetables. If you don’t feel you are getting enough vitamin E, try supplementing, but make sure you speak with your doctor or an integrative physician to make sure you’re getting the right combination of tocopherols and tocotrienols.
