DEFEAT Deadly Lung Cancer with This Spicy Secret

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Nobody wants to get cancer… especially lung cancer.

One of the deadliest types of cancer, it has a 5-year survival rate of just seven percent.

That means only seven percent of people diagnosed with this cancer are alive in five years.

And the numbers drop like a rock if the cancer has spread.

It’s horrible… but there’s a way to avoid this terrible scenario completely.

It’s not chemo or radiation.

Instead, the answer is a spicy secret hiding out in your kitchen… and it could change your cancer outcome completely.

I’m talking about capsaicin.

If you’ve ever bit into a pepper and felt the heat, that is your friend capsaicin. Peppers would be boring without capsaicin to spice things up.

Capsaicin is a survival mechanism for the pepper—the heat actually keeps bugs away.

But this compound doesn’t just keep the pepper safe… it can save your life too.

Studies have shown that capsaicin can help keep blood pressure within a normal healthy limit, improve digestion, reduce hunger, and give your metabolism a kick in the pants.

And now researchers have found it may be beneficial for lung cancer patients too.

In a new study presented at the American Society for Investigative Pathology meeting, researchers found capsaicin can help with lung cancer.

For the study, researchers developed a synthetic form of capsaicin to avoid side effects for folks with sensitive digestion.

Then, they paired it with a mainstream cancer drug called irinotecan that’s only shown a positive response rate in 3 percent of patients. The goal was to see if they could make the drug stronger.

And boy did it ever!

The synthetic capsaicin powered up the mainstream drug, grinding cancer growth to a halt.

It just goes to show… nature has the most powerful weapons when it comes to cancer treatment.

Of course, I believe in a many-pronged approach to both cancer and cancer prevention. Because if you succeed at prevention, hopefully there’ll never BE cancer.

Try adding some of these to your routine:

  • Immune-boosting mushrooms. These medical mushrooms have thousands of studies that show they’re helpful in boosting the immune system and reducing cancer cell spread.
  • Curcumin is an extract of the spice turmeric. It’s anti-inflammatory and provides good antioxidant protection.
  • Fish oils are essential fatty acids that most people reading this are not getting. Make sure you supplement if you’re not eating fish two to three times a week.
  • Polyphenols are phytonutrients that are found in fresh fruits and vegetables. Most people are not getting enough of these either. Summer is the time to stock up on fruits and veggies at your local farmer’s market.
  • Vitamin E, selenium, CoQ10, and astaxanthin are all powerful antioxidants that your cells need to be healthy.

P.S. Capsaicin isn’t just good at defeating cancer… it could actually make you live longer too. Click   to find out the secret of this life-extending ingredient.
