100-Year-Old Trick STOPS Arthritis Pain

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’re tired constantly refilling pain prescriptions, you’re not alone.

And if you’re even MORE tired of the side effects that come with them, who could blame you?

For far too long, Big Pharma has held arthritis patients hostage… promising relief while they rob you blind.

It’s time for something better.

That’s why I’m excited to tell you about a 100-year-old trick that STOPS arthritis pain fast.

And believe it or not, it’s FREE too.

I’m talking about intermittent fasting.

It might seem like the latest health fad, but fasting has been known to help reduce the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis for at least 100 years.

The first studies to look at this began in the 1950s and continued for the next few decades.

There was only one problem: when people started eating normally again, their symptoms came back.

But now, a new study published in JAMA Network Open found that intermittent fasting was able to REDUCE inflammation and pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis.

And they even lost weight too!

The type of fasting that worked is called a 5:2 diet. The way it works is, folks can anything they want for five days, then skip eating and drinking (except water) for two days. These two days don’t have to be next to each other, but they can be.

The researchers found time-restricted eating works also. This diet involves eating within a window of time each day (usually under eight hours).

There are many benefits to intermittent fasting beyond arthritis, including blood sugar, weight loss, and heart health.

While both plans work and are very effective in reducing the pain of arthritis, fasting is not for everyone.

The effectiveness of not eating dramatically reduces inflammation in the body, but you can do this without changing your eating times.

If you prefer not to fast – or can’t, for health reasons – try a powerful natural anti-inflammatory like fish oil, curcumin, or Boswellia.

P.S. Researchers have found that intermittent fasting could also fight cancer in this shocking way. Find out more right here.
