Potent Pair CUTS Autoimmune Risk 22%

Think autoimmune diseases are rare? Or that your chances of developing one are like one in a million?

Think again.

Incredibly enough, over 23.5 million Americans alone battle these diseases already.

Some you may recognize as being autoimmune – such as celiac and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.

But many other common conditions fall under the autoimmune umbrella too. Those include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and type 1 diabetes, to name a few.

And the truth is we’re ALL at risk for developing one in our lifetime.

But, there’s good news too!

Research has revealed a simple way to reduce your risk of autoimmune disease.

And you can literally pick up this potent pair at your local grocery store for a few dollars a month.

It turns out vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids are an autoimmune-fighting power couple.

A recent study included 26,000 participants who took either vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids, or a placebo for five years.

Incredibly, both supplements were linked to a SIGNIFICANT drop in the occurrence of autoimmune diseases:

  • vitamin D was associated with a 22 percent reduction
  • omega-3 fatty acids were associated with an 18 percent drop

Those numbers alone are reason enough to consider taking these supplements. But there are others.

For example, both can benefit your heart, brain, bones, and mood. Plus, they’re natural  anti-inflammatories.

In general, folks under 70 should aim for around 600 IU of vitamin D daily. And those over 70  should shoot for 800 IU.

And in fish-oil supplements look for one with a good balance of EPA and DHA. Ideally between 250 to 500 mg combined (unless your doc recommends more.)

P.S. When it comes to VITAL vitamins vitamin D is about as close as you can get to a miracle. But there are 6 conditions that can ROB you of this necessary nutrient. CLICK HERE to discover what they are.
