DODGE a Heart Attack... with a DRUGSTORE Solution?!

Walk into any mainstream doctor’s office worrying about your heart health, and you’ll likely walk back out with a handful of pills to take.

That wouldn’t be a problem IF the pills weren’t plagued with side effects and actually worked as advertised. But they fall short on BOTH fronts.

For example, one of the drugs is bound to be a statin. But they can rob you of heart-supporting CoQ10.

Plus, statins are linked to muscle aches, weakness, sleeping problems, headaches, an annoying cough, and (SHOCKINGLY) type-2 diabetes.

Worst of all, they simply don’t WORK. Statins don’t do a thing to lower your risk of major adverse cardiovascular events.

But research confirms something natural that CAN do the trick without the risks.

A new study concluded a simple nutrient can SIGNIFICANTLY reduce heart attack risk without those damaging drug side effects.

And it’s something you should be taking anyway.

The study, published in the British Medical Journal, compared the effect of taking vitamin D or a placebo on the risk of experiencing a major heart event.

After five years, the likelihood of having a heart attack was 19 percent lower in the group taking vitamin D daily. The risk of stroke remained the same in both groups.

Most of the reporting on this study downplays the differences between taking statins or vitamin D.

But I can assure you there has NEVER been a study in which a statin lowered the risk of heart attack by 19 percent.

As if that wasn’t impressive enough, D brings some other notable benefits to the table.

Some of these include…

  • better bone health
  • a stronger immune system
  • lower risk of depression
  • dementia protection
  • a drop in diabetes risk

You can pick up an affordable bottle of D anywhere supplements are sold… from the drugstore to Amazon. I typically suggest folks take between 1,000 and 2,000 IU daily.

Ask your doctor about taking a vitamin D test BEFORE you start supplementing to determine what dosage is best for you.

And remember, spending some time outdoors in the sunshine daily helps top up your D levels too.

P.S. WARNING… These 6 conditions STEAL your vitamin D. If you suffer from any of them, request your vitamin D levels be tested at your next doctor’s appointment.
