Losing Your Locks? The SURPRISING Solution

There’s no way to sugarcoat it. Losing your hair sucks.

The hit to your self-esteem is no joke. You might even find yourself avoiding mirrors and hoarding hats.

The treatment options are limited, often come with a laundry list of side effects, and deliver results that are about as predictable as a coin flip.

It’s enough to make you want to pull your hair out… if you have any left.

But hold on to your hat (or your remaining hair) because Japanese researchers uncovered a surprising NATURAL solution for hair loss hiding in your kitchen cupboard.

It turns out cinnamon, the delicious warm spice that makes your apple pie taste like heaven, and your cinnamon rolls the envy of the neighborhood, could be the answer to your hair prayers.

Well, more precisely, the cinnamic acid found inside our favorite sweet and spicy bark could hold the key to unlocking fuller, healthier hair.

According to researchers from Yokohama National University, the compound can enhance the expression of a receptor known as OXTR, acting as a VIP pass for hair growth. It’s like giving your follicles a backstage pass to the hair-growing concert of the century.

It’s not a TOTAL surprise since we already knew that oxytocin (the “love hormone”) can stimulate hair growth by targeting the same OXTR receptor. But there’s a catch…

You can’t just take a pill full of oxytocin, and even if you could, your body wouldn’t absorb it. So, cinnamic acid may be the best alternative for naturally restoring your hair.

Now, before you start sprinkling cinnamon into everything, expecting an instant, thick head of hair to sprout, it’s important to note that this was a lab study.

The researchers haven’t cinnamon on actual humans with hair loss yet. But it’s an exciting start!

Besides, cinnamon brings other worthwhile benefits to the table, such as taming blood sugar and improving memory.

So, if you’re tired of watching your hairline recede faster than your bank balance, it might be time to try cinnamon. You can sprinkle it into your coffee or oatmeal every morning or opt for a cinnamon supplement or oil instead.

And who knows, you might find yourself with more luscious locks as a result!

And another thing…
