COFFEE Keeps Cholesterol in Check?!

Few things please me more than proving that being healthy doesn’t have to be a downer.

Take coffee, for example. The nutrition police would have you believe it’s GOT to be bad for you BECAUSE you love it. But nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact, I’ve been on a personal mission for YEARS to rehabilitate coffee’s reputation simply by telling the TRUTH about its MANY benefits.

Java juice is PACKED full of potent plant nutrients, including polyphenols, anthocyanins, and carotenes that do INCREDIBLE things for your health.

So, when researchers uncovered a unique benefit of an ordinary coffee element, I HAD to share it with you. It turns out a daily morning mug can help keep cholesterol in check.

In fact, this powerful natural nutrient could literally LOWER your numbers.

Now, if you’re a coffee lover, you’re no stranger to one of its biggest benefits. And that, of course, is its eye-opening, concentration-boosting caffeine jolt.

Well, it turns out that caffeine can do A LOT more than just drive away drowsiness.

Scientists say just two to three average-sized cups of coffee daily contain enough caffeine to SLASH LDL (“bad”) cholesterol levels.

If you’re a long-time reader, you already know what I think about cholesterol drugs (they’re BUNK) … and mainstream medicine’s obsession with cholesterol levels in general (they’ve got it ALL wrong).

But that doesn’t mean that IMPROVING LDL levels isn’t a valid goal. In fact, when they improve that’s a sign of reduced inflammation – which everyone can benefit from.

Caffeine targets two proteins that lower cholesterol:

  • SREBP2 (sterol regulatory element-binding protein 2)
  • PCSK9 (proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 serine protease)

Lowering both molecules could reduce the risk of heart disease.

Plus, high SREBP2 levels are also linked to diabetes and fatty liver disease. And that means you could be killing three birds with one mug.

P.S. Coffee could ALSO conquer diabetes. CLICK HERE for the incredible details.
