This Cooking Oil STEALS Your Memory!

There’s a good word to describe folks who follow the U.S. government’s health advice.

Suicidal.

Uncle Sam has been WRONG about almost every major health issue for the past 50 years. And our government has consistently given out advice that is PROVEN to lead to disease and early death.

Case in point? The Feds recommended for years that we only eat vegetable oils, like canola.

Now we know that canola can trigger Alzheimer’s disease and even kill you over time.

And it doesn’t take much.

A recent study showed that just two tablespoons of canola oil a day causes weight gain and leads to early Alzheimer’s disease.

I know what you are thinking: “Two tablespoons? That’s almost nothing.”

Exactly my point.

Canola oil burst on the scene in the 1990s and was a health food craze. But to make it sound healthy they changed the name from “rape seed” to canola. It was all marketing, but it worked.

Soon canola oil was everywhere.

The problem with vegetable oils is that our bodies are not designed to consume them in any large amounts.

Saturated fats (which everyone seems afraid of) are found in animals and our bodies are very adapted to these oils.

I have long suggested people stay away from vegetable oils.

Studies show that unsaturated fats (soybean, corn, safflower, canola) can increase:

  • Asthma
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Cancer
  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Alzheimer’s
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Macular degeneration
  • Obesity
  • Psychiatric disorders
  • Rheumatoid arthritis

Why are these oils harmful?

The biggest problem with these concentrated vegetable oils is that they all increase inflammation.

At the turn of the 20th century, the amount of vegetable oils consumed was nearly zero. Today, the average consumption is 70 pounds a year.

That is 70 pounds of poison into your body every year.

So, which oils can you use? I like:

  • Olive oil and avocado oil
  • Butter
  • Lard/Tallow
  • Coconut oil
