Diabetes CAUSING Painful Diseases?! (SHOCKING)
If you have diabetes, you already know how miserable this disease can be.
The constant finger pricks… painful injections… and pill popping can make you crazy.
But this might be just the tip of the iceberg.
Because according to new research, diabetes could be setting you up for other painful diseases, too
Fortunately, there are ways to stop it.
Here’s what you need to know.
A large Danish National Health Survey study explored the connection between diabetes and osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis in 109,000 people.
At the end, the researchers found that folk with diabetes are:
- 30 percent more likely to have osteoporosis.
- At a 33 percent increased risk of developing osteoarthritis
- And are 70 percent more likely to experience rheumatoid arthritis.
Plus, diabetics have a 30 percent greater chance of having back, neck and shoulder pain.
And the reason? Inflammation.
Diabetes is well-known to harm your eyes, kidneys, nerves, skin, heart, and blood vessels because it raises your inflammation levels.
Now it looks like it damages your bones, joints, and muscles in the same way.
Clearly, you want to keep your blood sugar and inflammation under control.
Let me show you how to do both.
Dr. Scott’s Balanced Blood Sugar and inflammation Protocol:
- Eat well: This means avoiding processed foods, eating good proteins, and as many veggies as you can. Staying away from sugar, grains, and starchy vegetables also helps. If you are going to eat sugar, then do it near a meal (this slows down the absorption of sugar).
- Exercise: Don’t feel that you have to run a marathon to be in shape, try: walking, golfing, or a game of tennis – all of which can all help your body deal with sugar more effectively.
- Inflammation: Buy some cheap health insurance by taking supplements that keep your inflammation low: I like fish oil, curcumin, and Boswellia.
- Berberine: This herbal extract is great for the brain and helps to control blood sugar.
- Chromium: This mineral is also well-known to help control blood sugar.
