Don’t Fall for These Belly Fat LIES

You hear…

Core exercises will destroy your belly fat!

5 Leg exercises to abolish belly fat!

Lose Weight in 5 Minutes!

I say…

I don’t think so…

Quick belly fat loss makes for great headlines, but for awful reality.

The truth is that you can destroy belly fat, but it takes more than a few leg exercises.

Let me show you the way.

Maybe you have seen the “10-minute Love-Handle Workout” or a million other headlines promising quick belly fat loss (by mostly focusing on strengthening the muscles in your belly).

Nothing could be more worthless.

Spot exercises on specific muscle are pointless, especially if you want your belly fat to vanish.

The basic idea is good, though.

Building muscles in your body dramatically alters the way your body processes sugar and can change your metabolism from sluggish to powerful.

There are great reasons to target belly fat (besides the fact that belly fat isn’t that attractive). It’s bad for your heart, bad for your brain, and bad for your wardrobe.

The good news is that your body loves to get rid of belly fat – it is often the first to go during a well-structured weight-loss program.

Dr. Scott’s Plan for Reduced Belly Fat:

  • Start with blood sugar control: Belly fat is a sign of poor blood sugar control. You can get better sugar control by avoiding sugars and processed foods and by supplementing with the mineral chromium and the herbal extract berberine.
  • Eat mostly proteins and non-starchy veggies: Keeping your blood sugar low is the key to making belly fat disappear. If you make a meal out of good proteins (fish, chicken, beef, venison) and a low-sugar vegetable, then you blood sugar will remain stable.
  • Focus on exercise that builds muscle: Forget the spot exercises and work on the large muscles of your legs. This means walking, running, or lifting weights. Try working with a personal trainer if you need extra help to build up those muscles.

Belly fat is your number one enemy when it comes to health. If you tend to store fat in your belly, then you need to take action to make it a thing of the past.

While it is going to take a bit more than 10 minutes, it really isn’t that hard to lose this annoying fat.
