Dr. Scotts Restless Leg Protocol
Just like many of my patients, I’ve suffered from restless leg syndrome (RLS).
And I know firsthand just how the constant urge to move your legs can really interrupt your sleep… your work… and your fun.
Your mainstream doc is NO HELP. They’ll just hand you a script for a risky drug… and dismiss all the good natural cures out there.
But I won’t.
Today, I’m going to share with you the safest, most effective ways to END your RLS forever.
Restless leg syndrome is characterized by an almost irresistible urge to move your legs because of unpleasant sensations beneath your skin. These include sensations like itching, aching, tingling, pulling, and pain.
But Big Pharma drugs DON’T work for RLS.
Sure, you may get some relief, but that’s only because they have sedative properties.
In other words, these drugs just knock you out so you won’t feel your RLS. But they don’t treat its underlying cause.
Fortunately, there are other ways to tackle RLS.
Let me show you…
Dr. Scott’s Restless Leg Protocol
- Find the Triggers: Some people are sensitive to alcohol or caffeine – try to stay away from these for a week or two and see how you feel.
- Iron: Iron deficiency is linked to RLS. Have your doc run an iron test and see if this could causing your RLS. Iron supplements can be beneficial, but should always be taken with the help of a physician.
- B Vitamins: Studies suggest that people with RLS have a genetic need for more B vitamins. You cannot move your muscles without B vitamins. I suggest taking a B complex.
- Magnesium and Potassium: These minerals are very hard to get in your diet and need to be supplemented. Not any type of magnesium will work for restless leg syndrome. I suggest using Magnesium Malate.
- Eat Salt: I know you’ve been told to stay away from salt your whole life, but your restless legs badly need the minerals that salt provides. Choose a Himalayan salt or a mined salt for best results.
Sometimes restless leg is a spinal cord problem. See your chiropractor if none of the above works for you.
