Drink THIS For PERFECT Blood Pressure

Trying to get the perfect blood pressure can wear you down.

The never-ending hours on the treadmill… the risky drugs from your mainstream doc… and all the worrying about what you can (and can’t) eat can really take a toll.

Fortunately, that all stops TODAY.

Because research shows there’s an easy way to END your blood pressure problems.

And it’s found in one of your most favorite drinks.

Resveratrol – a molecule found in red wine can help your heart, your brain, and reduce inflammation throughout your body.

But for years, researchers were unable to figure out just how it works.

Until now.

Scientists used to think that resveratrol acted as an antioxidant and protected the body (which it does) but they also discovered that resveratrol combines with a special protein to help lower your blood pressure.

The research team from the British Heart Foundation finds that resveratrol interacts with a protein called PKG 1A in the walls of our blood vessels.  There it links oxygen to PKG 1A, causing blood vessels to relax and expand (and that lowers your blood pressure).

Even better? When they gave a dose of resveratrol to mice, it dropped their blood pressure of 20mmHg in just 15 days.

That’s more effective than some mainstream drugs.

So far, resveratrol sounds great.

But here’s the problem: You can’t get these results from drinking a glass of red wine.

In fact, estimates are you have to drink 1000 bottles of wine a day to get the dose of resveratrol that you need to benefit your heart, brain, and body.

And here is the lesson for us all.

If you want to drink red wine, go ahead (just don’t drink 1,000 bottles a day!).

But if you are looking to get enough resveratrol to make a difference, then you need to supplement.

And those are easy to find.

You can pop into your local pharmacy and pick one up today.
