Drug-Free Secret Slashes Migraine Attacks

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’ve had a migraine before, then you know it’s no ordinary headache.

The intense throbbing, crippling light sensitivity and uncomfortable nausea can really make you miserable.

And things go from bad to worse when you look at mainstream medicine’s cures — everything from habit-forming painkillers to risky Botox injections.

You deserve a better solution for these debilitating headaches.

Fortunately, a groundbreaking new study published in JAMA Internal Medicine has identified a natural way to cut migraine frequency by over a third!

And the best part — there are no dangerous drugs involved.

For many years, scientists have suspected the ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture could be the migraine breakthrough we’ve all been looking for.

More recently, a group of Chinese researchers found that true acupuncture could drastically reduce the frequency of these horrible headaches.

For the study, the scientists compared the results of 245 participants who suffered from regular migraines. They were divided into three groups: One received true acupuncture treatments, the second received “sham” treatments (at acupuncture points considered to be ineffective) and the third received no treatment.

After 20 weeks of treatments, the true acupuncture group saw a dramatic reduction in migraine frequency.

In fact, the acupuncture was so effective it cut the occurrence of migraines by more than a third!

Even better, another study done by the esteemed Cochrane Collaboration examined over 22 trials that focused on acupuncture and migraines.

After crunching the numbers, researchers found that a simple six-week course of acupuncture treatments could result in a significant reduction in migraine frequency.

Plus, the participants didn’t experience any negative side effects from the treatments.

That’s right, this ancient remedy delivered outstanding results with absolutely zero side effects!

Can’t say that about painkillers or Botox.

Scared of needles?

Don’t be. Many folks find acupuncture treatments relaxing and practically painless (especially when compared with a migraine).
