“Farmers’ Secret” MELTS Fat

If you’ve ever tried to lose weight, you already know how defeating it can be.

It seems like no matter how many calories your cut… or steps you take every day… your scale NEVER budges.

But it’s not your fault.

You see, there’s a better way to drop the weight… without all of this sacrifice.

It’s a certain “farmers’ secret”… and it can help you MELT FAT fast!

It might surprise you, but we’ve known how to lose weight for years… and it’s based upon a tried-and–true farming method.

You see, farmers get paid by the pound. So, the heavier their livestock… the heavier their bank accounts.

And they’ve pinpointed the best way to fatten their animals:  by feeding them simple carbohydrates.

In fact, one of their favorite additions is corn, because corn causes the animal’s blood sugar to spike… which can cause massive weight gain.

So, if you want to lose weight all you have to do is the opposite of the farmer trying to fatten up his animals: eat more protein and low sugar vegetables.

It’s that simple.

All you have to do is load your dinner plate up with grass-fed meats, wild-caught seafood, and fresh leafy greens… and your extra pounds will start to MELT away.

Even better? Cutting carbs can also help lower your risk for diabetes, heart disease, and even Alzheimer’s.

Diet is a good start, but there is more you can do if you want to lose weight fast.

Dr. Scott’s Top Weight Loss Tips:

  • Control Your Blood Sugar: Since weight gain is almost always because of high blood sugar, this is the best way to go. For control of blood sugar, I like berberine, chromium, and Garcina cambogia.
  • Increase Your Metabolism: You can do this by maintaining a lean body mass – exercise and getting enough protein.
  • Protein: You need to eat protein to feel full, have less of an appetite, and lower your cravings. Protein easily fills you up and takes more energy to digest than any other types of food. Protein also helps build muscle mass–which pushes your metabolism into overdrive.
  • Eat Plants: The best diet on the planet is the Mediterranean Diet–which includes fish, poultry, vegetables, nuts, and olive oil. You can make this work for you by including a veggie with every meal and make olive oil your standard oil.
  • Drink Only Water: This is the hardest step for most people. The calories that come from drinking anything but water are calories you don’t need. If you want to drink something else, try green tea or coffee – these kick your metabolism into high gear and help your weight loss.
