How to BEAT American Healthcare
If you didn’t already know that the American health system is the pits, a new study just confirmed it.
In a new ranking put out by Commonwealth Fund, the United States hit the bottom of the list for health care quality in developed countries.
This fills me with rage. We should have the best and most affordable health care in the world.
But thanks the FDA’s carelessness and Big Pharma’s greed… we simply don’t.
Fortunately, there are a few ways you and your loved ones can beat this abysmal system.
And I’m going to share them with you today.
In the recent study, researchers analyzed many healthcare measurements including: life expectancy, birth rate, efficiency, longevity, and affordability.
At the end, the US failed at most of those.
But many European countries — like the U.K., France, Australia, Germany, and Sweden — were higher in the rankings.
Why?
Because they don’t have drug manufacturers, insurance companies, and hospitals making it harder and more expensive for their citizens to get proper care.
But Americans don’t have those luxuries.
So, we have to take care of ourselves and avoid the medical system as much as we can.
I’m not saying you should never go to the doctor again.
Instead, I’m telling you to start taking the steps that can keep you healthy… and out of the American Healthcare system.
You see, the people in the world who live the longest, healthiest lives follow a simple set of rules:
- They eat fresh, locally grown foods.
- They connect with the people around them.
- They exercise daily.
It’s that simple.
Follow these three easy rules and you could be well on your way to beating American healthcare.
