How to BEAT Any Virus

We humans like to think of ourselves as the dominant life force on this planet.

But that’s simply not true.

Because there are some tiny organisms out there that can give us a run for our money… and MUCH WORSE.

These little bugs can make your miserable with fever… aching joints… and they can even kill you.

Even worse?  Our modern world makes it easier for you to get infected by a virus.

That’s why I’m going to share with my #1 tip on how to AVOID these nasty bugs.

And how to BEAT the ones you might already have.

Your vulnerability to a viral infection depends on how close you are to other humans (like in a city) or even to other animals (like in a farm).

As global population increases more of us are moving from less populated areas to the city – and that creates the perfect environment for viruses jump from human to another human.

Put on top of that the fact you can travel in an airplane across the world in a matter of hours and you have the perfect storm for a viral infection.

Viruses have simple mission: they enter your cells and reproduce.

This process destroys your cells and causes your symptoms.

Colds and flu are one thing, but Ebola, Hanta virus, and a severe form of flu can all be downright DEADLY.

So what’s the best way to avoid getting a virus?

It’s simple: WASH YOUR HANDS!

That’s right. Despite all the high-tech wizardry we have, the best protection is still the simplest.

The problem isn’t with what you get on your hands; the problem is when you move your hands to your face.

That means whatever is on that doorknob, sink, desk (or the person’s hand you just shook) will make it to your nose, mouth, or eye.

Once there, it’s only a matter of time before a virus is taking over your body… and making you miserable

After taking care of your hands, here‘s how to BEAT viruses…

Dr. Scott’s Anti-Virus Program:

  • Eat Well: I like to include lots of garlic and onions in my food during flu season. Onions and garlic have long been used for their healing properties and they are a tasty addition to any meal.
  • Vitamin D: Starting in November, I take 3,000-5,000 IUs of Vitamin D every day. Even though I still get outside in winter, my body needs more Vitamin D.
  • Berberine, Turmeric, and Olive leaf: These herbs help to give your immune system the boost it needs to help kick any virus out the door.
  • Probiotic/Polyphenols: There is a ton of research on probiotics and immunity. I take my probiotic in a super-food blend, so I get both gut health and the added antioxidant power of plant foods.

Health and Happiness,
