How to BOOST Your Testosterone (EASY!)

We all have the power to improve our health.

And for most of us that means eating right… exercising more… and getting sound sleep.

But if you’re a man in your golden years, there’s something else you should be doing to increase your health: Boosting your testosterone.

You see, low testosterone can impact both your manliness and longevity.

But reaching for a tube (or patch) of testosterone has so many problems that I’d NEVER recommend it to patients.

Let me show you EXACTLY how to increase your body’s own production of testosterone – without any side effects.

Testosterone is everywhere in the news.

As you know, testosterone is the main male hormone (but women need it, too).

Testosterone plays vital roles in mood, energy, bone health, and muscle mass – not to mention libido, erections, and even cognitive ability.

Starting somewhere around your 30th birthday, your testosterone levels start to DROP.

This drop is normal and some men don’t have to worry about it.

But when you start noticing your mood changing, your lack of energy, or you don’t have any interest in sex – that is when you should consider doing something about low testosterone.

The best way to find out if you have Low T is to ask your doctor for a test.

Just don’t let him talk you into prescription drugs… no matter what the test says.

Why?

Because to make a drug, companies must make a chemical that is similar to natural testosterone, but different to what occurs in nature – otherwise they couldn’t patent it.

The testosterone that comes in a pill or patch from your pharmacy typically lasts longer and has stronger effects than nature’s testosterone – those sound good, but are very bad for your health.

Pharmaceutical testosterone can cause breast swelling, headaches, anxiety and acne and more.

You can avoid all those problems by easily increasing your own testosterone.

Dr. Scott’s Natural Plan to Increase Testosterone:

  • Vitamin D: Yes, this vitamin is important for testosterone production. Make sure you are getting at least 1,000-2000 IU a day.
  • Zinc: This mineral is essential for testosterone production, prostate health, and dopamine production (a brain chemical that is responsible for mood, drive and sex interest).
  • Fiber: Helps pull estrogen out of the body – which is one of the reasons why we need more testosterone.
  • Eurycoma longifolia: Is a rare Indonesian plant that powerfully increases natural testosterone production.
  • Exercise: The type of exercise that increases testosterone is intense exercise – where you are working hard and your heart rate is high. Be careful if you haven’t tried this before and work slowly to increase intensity.

Take my advice — skip the drug-versions of testosterone and support your body in producing its own.
