I’d like your help...
Lately, I’ve been seeing a LOT in the media about sleep.
While searching for articles, I found even National Geographic has explored this topic.
In one of their articles, they describe a test led by Harvard researcher Robert Stickgold. He found undergraduates who engaged deeper sleep were better memorizers.
Other researchers have found that during sleep, a person’s brain appears to repeat a neuron firing pattern similar to when he or she was recently awake.
Like the brain reinforces daytime memories of new things learned.
Not only that, another sleep researcher by the name of Giulio Tononi found that during sleep, the brain seems to delete redundant or unnecessary connections or synapses.
Almost as if sleep helps us forget what’s not important.
So in two different ways, sleep can sharpen our memory.
This is just scratching the surface. It’s fascinating how sleep helps our brains.
But if you’re unable to sleep, you know how frustrating it can be.
So, here’s what I’d love your help with:
I want to know what you most want to know about sleep.
It’ll just take a few minutes. But we’ll be able to give you advice that matters most to you.

Ocean Organism KILLS Resistant Cancer Cells
Cancer treatments essentially come in two “flavors.” There are the sickening meds that poison the cancerous cells (and sometimes the healthy ones, too), like chemotherapy. Or there are the physical “slash and burn” options such as surgery and radiation. There are times that either or both might be necessary. But let’s face it, cancer treatments...
Nutrient Fix for Deadly "Orphan Condition"
Venous thromboembolism is what I call an “orphan condition.” The chances are high that you’ve never even heard of it before. But we should discuss it more often because it’s underdiagnosed, SERIOUS, and preventable. A (VTE) happens when a blood clot forms in a vein. When that clot is in a DEEP vein (usually in...

Olive Oil Compound WOWS Researchers
Olive oil has been getting some well-deserved attention the last few years. So it would be easy to assume that the golden oil’s status as a health food was recently earned. NEW Medicinal Mushroom Benefit UNCOVERED
I’m a big fan of medicinal mushrooms. Almost everyone has eaten a standard mushroom on a pizza or in a spaghetti sauce, of course. But most folks have yet to experience medical mushrooms’ power to improve our health. Medicinal mushrooms are already used to treat heart, liver, and brain conditions. They can boost the immune...
