Knock Out Severe Knee Pain NATURALLY

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

You might know the old saying, “Walk a mile in his shoes.” Well, it’s a perfect fit when talking about knee pain.

Except it might be more accurate to say, “Limp a mile.”

Because all too often, when you tell someone you suffer from chronic knee pain, they blow you off simply because they’ve never experienced it.

But you and I both know that osteoarthritis knee pain affects EVERYTHING.

Some days walking at ALL is difficult. And when you do get moving, your gait can be so affected that your feet, hips, back, and just about everything else on your body starts to hurt too.

And worst of all, knee pain can stand in the way of doing everything you love. Forcing you to become a grumpy, couch-surfing hermit

If you’re FED UP with the risky pain pills… if you’re OVER the advice to buck up and live with it… there IS another option.

Research has revealed that a natural plant extract does a remarkable job at soothing difficult joint pain without dangerous drug side effects.

Olives are a staple in the Mediterranean. And if you ask me, they’re delicious in a salad.

But it turns out the olive tree has much more to offer.

The LEAVES of the olive tree hide a potent anti-inflammatory that the ancient Greeks used to relieve pain thousands of years ago.

Green olive leaves are packed with this polyphenol. And when extracted, they could be your ticket to better functioning, pain-free knees.

A study published in the journal Therapeutic Advances in Musculoskeletal Disease proved the Greeks were truly onto something.

Researchers recruited 124 Swiss seniors who were battling painful knees for a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (the BEST kind!).

Some of the volunteers took an olive leaf extract twice daily for six months, and the results were remarkable. The folks with the MOST severe knee pain had significantly fewer aches than the placebo group.

There was one catch, however. (There always is, right?) Seniors with moderate or low-level knee pain didn’t get the same pain-reducing benefits. Only the folks who were in the worst shape saw those results.

But wait, the benefits didn’t end there. Naturally, the reduction in knee pain led to better overall function. Meaning walking was also easier.

Olive leaf extract has other benefits, too. Earlier research has found it can reduce fat buildup in the heart and may lower your risk for depression, ulcerative colitis, and breast cancer.

Olive leaf extract supplements are widely available and typically very affordable. Talk with your doc about giving olive leaf extract a try for your knee pain.

P.S. Many people lose weight, but their knee pain doesn’t improve. Because the relationship between knee problems and your waistline is MUCH more complicated than we’ve been told. CLICK HERE for the real scoop.
