[LADIES] Simple Trick Increases Your Mobility by 46%!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

As you age, mobility can become a big issue.

I’m not just talking about balance or walking without a cane.

Low mobility can mean putting yourself at risk for fractures or a broken hip… and once that happens, it’s all downhill from there.

And this applies especially to senior women.

Studies suggest that one out of four women over the age of 65 are unable to walk two blocks, or even climb a flight of stairs.

It’s shocking… and it’s bad news for the health of seniors.

Luckily, there’s a way out.

It takes just one simple trick to increase your mobility by 46 percent!

And it all starts with just one step.

I’ve said it more than once here in Living Well Daily… your ability to move around is closely tied to your longevity.

The more you maintain your muscle mass and supple joints, the healthier (and quite honestly, the happier) you’ll be.

And a new study shows you exactly how.

Researchers observed 5,735 women aged 63 and older and found that women who moved around most we less likely to become disabled.

The women who spent the most time performing light-intensity physical activity had a 46 percent lower risk of mobility loss than women who didn’t move around as much.

What does light-intensity physical activity mean?

This is the best part. The most active women were just cleaning their house, working in their garden, walking with friends for roughly five hours a day—all things most of us do daily anyways! Then, the rest of their waking hours (typically 7-8 hours) were spent sitting.

If you’re one of those people who don’t move much, start slowly and work your way up. You’ll be surprised how quickly you get in shape if you just stick to a routine like walking around the block every day.

P.S. There’s another way you can increase your mobility… and better yet, it can extend your life too! Read all about the FUN way to live longer, right here.
