At the end, they discovered that for every hour spent in light-intensity physical activity – like gardening, walking, or playing pickle ball– every week makes your brain 1.1 years younger!  

Activity helps REVERSE again in your brain because it lowers inflammation and INCREASES your brain volume.  

In fact, the researchers found that every hour of light exercise can increase your brain volume! 

Just imagine what this could mean for your future.  

Even better?  Exercise helps lower your risk for heart disease, improves your blood sugar control, reduces your aches and pains, and even helps you sleep better! 

While the physical activity guidelines suggest you should exercise somewhere close to 2 1/2 hours a week – absolutely anything you can do will be helpful
