[Men] BOOST Testosterone in 20 Mins a Day!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’re a man over fifty, you’ve probably considered testosterone therapy.

Because as you age, you begin to lose that pep in your step…

In fact, your testosterone levels drop by about 1 percent every year after age 30.

And it quickly leads to other issues, like that dreaded spare tire, embarrassing problems in the bedroom, and more.

That doesn’t mean, however, that you should rush out and get a prescription for testosterone. Synthetic hormones are incredibly harmful AND dangerous… not to mention full of side effects.

Thankfully, there’s a natural way to boost your testosterone WITHOUT taking a single pill…

And it takes just 20 minutes a day!

The answer to dipping testosterone levels is exercise.

Testosterone is the male hormone (or androgen) largely produced in the testicles. Testosterone helps keep your bones strong, muscles powerful, sex drive going, and even helps keep your waistline from expanding.

That’s why I was so interested in a recent study.

The 12-week study looked at different methods of increasing testosterone in men with low testosterone who were carrying a little too much belly weight.

The research team split volunteers into two groups: one that exercised two or three times a week and another that was given testosterone cream.

And they decided to look at one factor: flow-mediated dilation (FMD).

FMD is a measure of how well the blood vessels in your body open up and relax, and it’s a good stand-in measure for overall heart health.

The kicker of the study was that men who were given the testosterone cream had had a decline in FMD, but the men who exercised had healthy, high FMD.

The men who were given testosterone cream had increases in blood levels of testosterone (as you’d expect), but so did the men who just exercised.

They were getting the same benefits—higher testosterone levels—but without the negative side effects… including low FMD.

So why would you take testosterone when you can get skyrocketing testosterone by just getting off your butt and moving around a few times a week?

Not only do you get all the benefits of higher testosterone, you get better heart health and lower blood sugar to boot.
