Pilot’s Secret ERASES Dry Eye

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you suffer from dry eyes, you know how excruciating it is. The constant burning and strain to focus are enough to drive anyone mad.

And what’s worse? The mainstream only suggests expensive and annoying eye drops that offer little relief.

But it doesn’t have to be this way any longer.

Because Italian researchers just found an all-natural way to help soothe your dry eyes.

And believe it or not, there are no eye drops required and it works in as little as four weeks.

I’m talking about bilberry extract, and it’s so good for your eyes that British pilots used to eat bilberry jam to improve their night vision during World War II.

While there’s no way to know if it helped the Brits win the war, we do know that bilberry can help you win the battle against dry eye.

In a recent study, researchers split participants suffering from dry eye disease into two groups. One got bilberry extract and one did not.

At the end of the short four-week study, the folks taking bilberry saw a significant improvement in tear flow, which is key to stopping dry eye.

Even better, the bilberry seemed to work best in folks with the worst cases of dry eye.

Real, natural, dry eye relief without any drops in just one month? Sign me up!

Experts believe bilberry is so effective at promoting eye health because it contains several powerful antioxidants, including anthocyanins, which help beat back inflammation and oxidative stress — two of the key drivers behind dry eye disease.

You can get bilberry extract from your local natural health retailer or give this product a try, as it contains the same bilberry extract used in the study.

Live well,
